Job summary

Synopsys Inc in Canonsburg, PA seeks a team-oriented Go-To-Market Operations specialist to be the first contact for marketing inquiries, qualify leads in Salesforce, and route them to Direct Sales or Channel Partners.

You will maintain Salesforce data hygiene and collaborate with Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Channel Partners, and Marketing teams to support the Go-To-Market strategy across Lines of Business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of full-time employment required with a High School diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred.
• Experience in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized to be flexible throughout the day regarding high-priority inquiries.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for marketing generated inquiries within Salesforce for the Synopsys S&A business.
• Responsible for the inbound sales inquiry phone line with round robin distribution amongst the team.
• Evaluating whether inquiries are ready for sales communication or require additional qualification.
• Routing and directing inquiries to the proper sales channel based on criteria.
• Maintaining data hygiene within Salesforce and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
