Job summary

FastJobs (part of FastCo) seeks an ambitious Inbound Sales Consultant to drive growth from a remote base in Indonesia. You will manage inbound leads, tailor solutions, and build lasting client partnerships across HR tech and SaaS offerings.

You'll present, demonstrate, and win new business while collaborating with marketing and product teams to align client needs with FastJobs’ services and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Experience in HR tech, job boards, recruitment services, or SaaS preferred.
• Ability to pitch to HR leads, operations heads, and business owners.

• Manage and respond to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Who You Are
