The Charlie Clark Auto Group is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative in Texas to handle inbound sales calls, identify customer needs, and schedule appointments for Sales Associates. You will interact daily with the BDC Manager, Sales team, and customers to drive timely appointments and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication abilities, and a background in customer service or sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing background.
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound sales phone calls and leads.
• Identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments.
• Placing outbound phone calls to potential leads.
• Addressing client concerns prior to appointment (cost, warranty, duration).
• Contacting clients prior to appointment to confirm date.
• Mailing marketing letters to provided leads.
• Following up after visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
