ADT is seeking a Remote Customer Service/Sales Retention Specialist in Knoxville, TN. You will handle high-volume calls, persuade and upsell, and preserve customers while reducing cancellations.

• Attendance is critical; training/onboarding daily for 8–12 weeks.
• Private, undisturbed place to work from home.
• High-speed internet with hardwire capability (50 Mbps down / 25 Mbps up).
• Onsite training at Knoxville, TN office.
• Ability to multitask across 10+ tools to retain customers.

Responsabilidades
