Job summary

Branson.com is seeking a friendly Inbound Phone Agent to deliver outstanding customer service to Branson Tourism Center clients.

You will handle reservations, create itineraries, provide information on hotels, shows, attractions, dining, and directions, and support savings opportunities while upholding company policies.

The role requires excellent communication, problem solving, and the ability to multitask with computer systems; evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 12 years experience working in a customer service, hospitality or sales role preferred.
• Ability to work with the public in applying excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone, make changes and cancel orders as necessary.
• Create itineraries
• Relay information regarding Branson Hotels, Shows, Attractions and Dining.
• Provide directions.
• Assist front counter with customer checkins.
• Assist with savings associated with touring.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Follow all safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other job duties as assigned.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.
• Review performance and compensation with management.
