Cardinal Health is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager to lead all inbound freight and receiving activities. You will oversee receiving teams, ensure inventory integrity, and drive efficiency in a busy distribution environment.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in distribution center operations, and the ability to coordinate with transportation and warehouse leadership to meet service and safety goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience highly preferred.
• 3-5 years experience preferred.
• 3+ supervisory/management skills preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff to ensure timely distribution and receipt of product while meeting distribution center standards of budget, policies, procedures, and quality.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, adheres to budget requirements, coordinate programs and repairs.
• Recommends and implements programs to increase production and space utilization within the facility.
• Implements and administers all policies and procedures.
• Ensure quality service is provided to customers and prompt follow-up on shipment of merchandise and stock-on-hand.
• Travel required 10%.
• Responsible to be in charge in the absence of the Director.
