Job summary

NFM’s Receiving Coordinator in Cedar Park, Texas coordinates the full inbound receiving process, from appointment scheduling and driver check-in to post-audit completion. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in office, clerical, receiving, or logistics preferred.
• Experience with furniture, appliances, electronics, or related warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound vendor and carrier appointments using notices, bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Check in inbound drivers and trailers by collecting paperwork and validating appointment details.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, drivers, warehouse teams, and leadership to align schedules.
• Support inbound receiving processes by updating orders, unload sheets, and system records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in vendor paperwork to avoid delays in receipt processing.
• Audit post-receipt documentation for accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
