TalentHop in Louisville, KY is seeking a PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - PHONE SUPPORT (INBOUND) to serve as the primary contact for patients and providers, handling inbound calls to coordinate refills, resolve insurance issues, and ensure accurate medication delivery.

You will support the pharmacy team with strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of pharmacy terms after onsite training, with remote work options following onboarding.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology, including sig codes, medication names, and pharmacy terms.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers and patients via phone with questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries by communicating with patients and physician offices.
• Address rejected insurance claims and prior authorization issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient and physician calls.
