Onco360, located in Louisville, KY, seeks an inbound phone support specialist with pharmacy knowledge to assist health care providers and patients by phone. The role is full-time with a remote opportunity after onsite training.

Starting salary is $23.00 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before December 28, 2026, and weekend shift differential. Benefits include 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer service.

Responsabilités

• As a member of the Inbound Phone Support team, assist health care providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices.
• Work with Insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.

Starting salary from $23.00 an hour and up- w e also offer $3.00/HR shift differential for WEEKEND schedules.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before December 28th, 2026.

We offer quarterly incentive bonuses as well as a$500 bonus for technicians to obtain their CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials.
