TalentHop in Louisville, KY is seeking a PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - PHONE SUPPORT (INBOUND) to serve as the primary contact for patients and providers, handling inbound calls to coordinate refills, resolve insurance issues, and ensure accurate medication delivery.

You will support the pharmacy team with strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of pharmacy terms after onsite training, with remote work options following onboarding.

About the Opportunity:

The PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - PHONE SUPPORT (INBOUND) plays a key role in facilitating communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. This position is responsible for managing inbound calls to coordinate medication refills, resolve insurance issues, and provide support to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery. The role contributes to patient care quality by serving as a primary contact and problem solver within the pharmacy support team.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Starting salary from $21.00 per hour.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for employees starting before December 28th, 2026.
• Quarterly incentive bonuses.
• $500 bonus for obtaining CPhT or CPhT-ADV credentials.
