Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and communication to manage a diverse team.
• Proven experience in logistics, including receiving, repack, and shipping.
• Knowledge of process improvement, problem solving and performance management.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with warehouse systems and reporting tools to monitor results.
• Open to work any shift/day based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across receiving, repack, and shipping operations with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Drive logistics execution and implement process improvements (Kaizen).
• Promote employee engagement through team meetings and cross-training.
• Address discipline and attendance matters; support 6S standards.
• Ensure facility security and compliance with policies.
