Mr. Handyman is seeking an office professional with inbound/outbound sales experience to join our fast-paced team.

You’ll help manage leads, schedule Service Professionals, and ensure a top-notch customer experience in a growing home repair company known for the Done Right Promise. Ideal candidates live in the area, have 2–5+ years in office settings and at least 2 years in sales, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Past experience dispatching technicians and managing the daily schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and Scheduling – inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals.
• Inbound and Outbound Sales – Booking appointments both via inbound and outbound calls using Company proven methods.
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – guide them through their projects.
• Create Life-Long Customers – deliver a great experience following the Mr. Handyman Way.
