Mr. Handyman of E. Nashville & Hendersonville is seeking an outgoing Office Professional to join our fast-paced Indiana office in South Bend. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, schedule Service Professionals, and support sales efforts while delivering exceptional customer service.

We require 2–5+ years in an office setting, at least 2 years in sales, and strong Excel and Office skills. Competitive pay, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional

• Lead management and Scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
• Inbound and Outbound Sales – Booking appointments both via inbound and outbound calls using Company proven methods
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $20 to $22 and is dependent on your experience.
