Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent guest experience and uphold Target's guest service commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Lead and develop hourly team members, including interviewing, coaching and performance reviews.
• Monitor area metrics and drive actions to improve guest experience and store results.
• Ensure product availability and maintain store standards across GM areas.
• Support safety, compliance and merchandise protection best practices.
