Target in New York, NY is seeking an Inbound Operations Team Leader to supervise inbound receiving, stocking, and teammate leadership on the GM floor. You will ensure accurate merchandise, timely replenishment, and a guest-focused store environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to lead a hourly team in a fast-paced retail setting with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture on your team.
• Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies.
• Planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals.
