Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to join our store team in New York. You will drive a guest-first experience while overseeing daily operations and inventory accuracy.

You will lead hourly team members, plan workloads, coach performance, and ensure products are stocked, priced, and signed. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
