Target is hiring an Inbound Operations Team Leader in New York. You will lead a team of hourly associates to deliver a consistent guest experience, while managing daily workload and ensuring products are available and correctly stocked.

You will coach and develop team members, monitor performance, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Ideal candidates will have high school education or equivalent, strong leadership and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Lead and develop hourly team members through coaching, feedback and performance management.
• Plan and assign daily tasks based on workload and guest traffic patterns.
• Monitor store metrics and drive improvements to deliver sales goals.
• Ensure product availability and accurate stock to support guest needs.
• Support organizational change and onboarding of team members.
