Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of produce knowledge or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of packing associates, line feeders and stackers to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate priorities with line supervisors and management and communicate issues promptly.
• Assign duties to maximize department productivity and uphold HACCP and food safety guidelines.
