Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to provide daily leadership and direction to packing associates, line feeders and stackers. You will identify problems, take corrective action, and drive safe, organized and efficient operations.

The role requires leadership ability, English fluency, and preference for Spanish bilingual candidates. Expect involvement in HACCP and other food-safety guidelines, with regular interaction across supervisors and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years (extensive) produce knowledge or related industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with other line supervisors and management to assign priorities and communicate issues.
• Assign crew members to duties to maximize department efficiency.
• Ensure crew works safely and efficiently as a team.
• Enforce safe work methods and food safety guidelines including HACCP at all times.
