Qualifications

• 2 years extensive produce knowledge or related industry.
• Must be able to manually move 25lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally.
• Constant standing and walking for periods over eight hours.

Responsibilities

• Work with line supervisors to assign work priorities and communicate issues.
• Assign crew members to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure crew works safely and efficiently.

Skills

Leadership ability

Understanding of processing procedures

Fluent communication in English

Bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred)

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent
