Job summary

LX Pantos Americas is seeking an Inbound Operations Coordinator to manage daily inbound operations across assigned Distribution Centers. The role emphasizes inbound process execution, issue resolution, and process improvement to sustain warehouse efficiency and service performance.

You will analyze data, collaborate with warehouse teams, carriers, and service providers, and optimize appointment scheduling, capacity, and bottleneck resolution to ensure operational continuity and robust

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
1+ years of experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics operations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Responsibilities

Lead daily inbound operations reviews with warehouse teams and service providers.
Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, dwell time, and receiving productivity.
Coordinate slot allocation and appointment scheduling with warehouses and carriers.
Identify and mitigate disruptions through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Design and improve inbound processes and system workflows.
Support special projects and ad hoc analyses as business needs evolve.
