Job summary

LX Pantos Americas is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse and plant logistics operations in support of manufacturing activities. You will oversee inbound receiving, material storage, production material supply, inventory control, finished goods warehousing, outbound shipping, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse or plant logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations with production material flow.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, put-away, storage, production staging, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and finished goods handling.
• Ensure uninterrupted material flow between warehouse and production lines to prevent production downtime.
• Develop daily operational plans based on production schedules and shipment volume.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company SOPs and customer requirements.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and optimize storage utilization and warehouse layout.
• Ensure all customer orders and production requests are completed accurately and on time.
