Responsabilidades

• Oversee inbound operations across receiving and inventory control, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and develop up to 12 leaders and shifts, coaching for performance.
• Monitor key metrics daily/weekly/monthly and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with DC leadership to align on goals and initiatives.
• Communicate policies clearly and maintain a positive safety culture.
• Facilitate weekly/monthly meetings to review performance and initiatives.
• Develop plans to grow leadership bench and enhance processing efficiency.
