Job summary

The role collaborates with shift managers and leadership to ensure SOP compliance, with a focus on problem-solving within Inventory Control and Shipping teams. Monday–Thursday schedule with a base salary up to $80,000 annually based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the receiving department, including appointment scheduling and inventory check-in.
• Oversee unloading of import containers and domestic trailers and storage for shipping.
• Train, coach, develop and hold accountable up to 30 employees to meet performance metrics.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics and resolve operational issues as needed.
• Provide clear, frequent communication regarding company policies and procedures.
• Lead meetings to review metrics, improvements, and ongoing initiatives.
