Job summary

NAPA is seeking a General Manager of Operations to lead our Distribution Center, driving safety, productivity, and customer service excellence. This role focuses on strategy, profit and loss, and cross-functional leadership to optimize daily operations.

You will foster a safety-first culture, implement process improvements, and mentor leaders to achieve budget goals while delivering top customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading distribution center operations and teams.
• 5+ years in inventory/operational tasks and 5+ years management.
• Proven ability to improve P&L performance and drive budget targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to relocate for growth opportunities and OSHA/DOT knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, develops, motivates, and supports the distribution center teams.
• Develops and monitors production plans and staffing for the DC.
• Maintains safe work practices to ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversees DC P&L and works with managers to meet targets.
• Implements process improvements to drive year-over-year gains.
• Collaborates with leadership to standardize processes and drive cost efficiency.
• Develops leaders and ensures clear, timely communication across the team.
