Job summary

Rent the Runway is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to lead Inbound functions at the Arlington Distribution Center. You will drive safety, quality, throughput, and targets, while championing continuous improvement and staffing the department for growth.

You will coach Operations Managers, manage budgeting, and deliver data-driven decisions through strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency. This role partners across operations, finance, and procurement to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Minimum 5+ years in a supply chain, operations, warehousing, or project management role.
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience partnering with finance, accounting, and procurement to hit KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to apply to data; advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to develop and implement operating metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inbound operations.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop Operations Managers.
• Own budgeting and financial planning to maximize ROI.
• Drive quality, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Provide analytical and statistical support for data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for scalable performance.
• Define, track and evaluate KPIs.
• Lead internal continuous improvement and audit programs.
• Partner on warehouse design and layout optimization.
• Develop and report on short- and long-term operational plans.
