The role requires strong data analysis, KPI tracking, and hands-on experience with warehouse software, ensuring continuous improvement and leadership development across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Ability to identify and implement CI actions improving cost, service and quality.
• Experience developing others and growing leadership in teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Support the business strategy and drive safety, quality and performance.
• Lead, develop, and grow a team of about 20 employees.
• Recruit, onboard, and train resources for the warehouse.
• Coach, counsel and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Attend workshops, review publications, network, and stay current.
• Own process improvements via problem solving and project management.
• Meet financial standards by managing budgets and expenditures.
• Drive KPI metrics and facility performance scorecards.
