Job summary

Rent the Runway is seeking an Operations Area Manager to guide and develop teams, optimize safety and production, and drive cost efficiency. The role focuses on servant leadership, removing obstacles, and elevating employee experience across the shift.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of people leadership in operations or retail, with a willingness to learn and adapt. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and flexibility for variable shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience leading people and teams
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Actively run shifts with safety, quality, production, and cost at the forefront of all decision making
• Enforce safety guidelines, cleanliness, and security standards
• Establish and meet KPIs
• Recruit, screen, and select talent at the Process Assistant levels
• Communicate feedback to improve the operation and employee experience
• Lead teams through change and embrace continuous improvement
