Job summary

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates. The role focuses on coordinating workflows, monitoring performance, and driving efficiency across the inbound department in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have leadership experience in a warehousing setting, strong Excel and SAP skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Strong computer skills with Excel proficiency and data reporting capability.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds overhead and handle cartons up to 15 feet high.
• Shift flexibility and ability to commute to Shepherdsville, KY.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound team to ensure daily performance targets are met across areas (RF, Conveyor, SAP).
• Coordinate with Control Tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, and Service Delivery teams.
• Monitor area activity and communicate risks of missed targets to Supervisors.
• Develop and execute recovery plans for at-risk targets with supervision.
• Communicate exceptions to the Account Team and follow up on issues.
• Oversee personnel in a professional manner and report daily efficiency.
