Job summary

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and work closely with Supervisors. You’ll coordinate workflows, assign tasks to warehouse associates, track transactions, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced inbound department.

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance targets, and develop recovery plans with supervision while ensuring safety and accuracy in daily activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Proficient in Excel, able to create and review worksheets and report data.
• Experience with SAP system or similar ERP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds overhead and climb/stack cartons up to 15 feet.
• Able to push/pull a pallet jack up to 1500 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inbound warehouse operations and coordinate with Supervisors.
• Assign and monitor tasks for warehouse associates and track transactions.
• Ensure adherence to performance targets and communicate risks to Supervisors.
• Coordinate with Control Tower, Inventory, Transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, and Service Delivery teams.
• Prepare recovery plans for at-risk targets with supervision.
• Communicate exceptions to the Account Team and follow up on issues.
• Identify improvements with local team and report daily efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels of consumables and create SAP requisitions.
