Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Napa, CA to guide hourly team members in delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining store standards. You will lead daily operations, coordinate replenishment, pricing, signing, and merchandising while coaching staff and ensuring safe, efficient workflows.

The role requires strong communication, prior retail exposure, and a commitment to team development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop hourly team members.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory/replenishment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of hourly associates to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
• Plan daily/weekly workload and priorities to meet store goals and guest needs.
• Oversee product availability, pricing accuracy, signing and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Assist with store operations including pickup, packing, and basic fulfillment tasks when needed.
