Job summary

AAA Oregon/Idaho's Boise Service Center is seeking a Member Service Representative I to handle inbound calls from AAA members, provide roadside assistance and membership support, and route calls while recording information accurately. The role offers full-time hours with two shift options.

The starting pay is $20.00 per hour with bilingual and shift differentials up to $3.75 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a variety of inbound calls, including members calling in an emergency, high stress situation.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from AAA members, determine the appropriate level of service and route calls.
• Record information via computer while providing top quality member service.
• Assist members with roadside assistance and membership in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely and accurate handling of inquiries.
