Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inbound Clerk to coordinate domestic and international loads, manage yard operations, and maintain accurate documentation. You will communicate with clients, carriers, and vendors, track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time receiving workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently, with SAP knowledge and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution or manufacturing environments.
• SAP knowledge or experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Willingness to work overtime and alternate shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Domestic and International loads and schedules.
• Manage yard workflow for containers and trailer logs.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and vendors to progress receiving orders.
• Maintain documentation and organize records.
• Track shipments and report discrepancies to the service delivery team.
• Ensure proof of deliveries are filed and accessible.
• Act as liaison for carriers and vendors.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure compliance with procedures.
