Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks an Inbound Coordinator for its Indianapolis Distribution Center, reporting to the Fulfillment Manager. The role partners with on-site 3PL, internal teams and external suppliers to resolve PO issues, track metrics and drive operational excellence.

You will work on the floor, support cross-functional needs, and travel up to 10% as required. This position emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and timely problem resolution in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate with on-site 3PL and Rockwell teams, internal customers and external suppliers.
• Manage metric-tracking for assigned areas, lead issue resolution and support process improvements.
• Communicate with internal and external suppliers to resolve material dispositions and PO issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Rockwell functions to elevate issues and determine corrective actions.
• Work with on-site 3PL to improve performance and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
• Collect and prepare required 3PL and vendor data for reports and analysis.
• Track root causes and plan preventive actions; report to leadership.
• Coordinate with global DCs and plants, sourcing and transportation to drive two-way communication and action plans.
