Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks a production leader to direct development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet goals, quality, and cost objectives. You will report to the Production Control Manager, prioritizing schedules by product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply, and you will work onsite five days a week in Mequon, WI.

You will also manage staffing, safety, and performance metrics while collaborating across teams to resolve issues and optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; we will not sponsor visas.
• 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of planning tools and techniques.
• Managing cross-trained or rotating workgroups is a plus.
• Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems.
• Leading Kaizen events, A3 projects, or waste-reduction initiatives.
• Coach teams toward business and customer objectives.
• Understanding of operating budgets and cost-control practices.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Bachelor's degree in operations or supply chain — Production & Operations, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Inventory, or related field.
• 2 years in a manufacturing environment.

• Supporting internal or external customers.
• Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP/MRP systems.
