Imperial Dade in Catano, PR is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to coordinate inbound shipments from port to warehouse, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure accurate receiving and inventory documentation in a team‑driven setting. The role is day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or transportation coordination.
• Knowledge of Excel and ERP/system skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments from port to warehouse.
• Review incoming material orders and pick tickets.
• Monitor containers, delivery schedules, and transportation timelines.
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure accurate receiving and inventory documentation.
• Resolve shipment delays and logistics issues proactively.
• Maintain compliance with shipping and safety procedures.
• Support inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Locate materials on shelves and place on order picker, forklift, or pallet jack.
• Deliver items to loading area and unload trucks.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Work in a collaborative, team environment.
