Job summary

DP World seeks a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for Day Shift to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics setting. You will handle routine inquiries, manage material levels, and ensure timely inbound/outbound transportation, while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, some college, and experience in automotive or logistics environments, plus strong computer skills and data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college is preferred.
• Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment.
• Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
• Data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
• Update trailer report and Team Board.
• Complete problem resolution report- carrier claims, no ASN’s, vendor discrepancies.
• Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
