Job summary

DP World is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator for the Day Shift to manage warehouse flow and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments. The role requires prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings and strong data-handling abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (some college preferred), experience in logistics or automotive environments, and proficiency with MS Office and data analysis to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment.
• Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
• Update trailer report and Team Board.
• Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required
• Other duties as assigned.
