Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution.
• Experience applying government regulations to warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and engagement skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate daily warehouse activities within shipping operations.
• Forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet budgets.
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained.
• Identify safety hazards and correct them as necessary.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain.
• Develop associates through training and coaching.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
