CEVA Logistics in Lawrence Township, NJ, seeks an experienced Warehouse Handling Operations Team Leader CL to manage inbound activities, lead inventory staff, and ensure stock accuracy.

You will coordinate 5S and procedures, maintain inbound records in the WMS, and drive safety and efficiency across the team in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role offers growth within CEVA's global logistics network.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating inventory operations.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, Excel, and reporting tools; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inbound activities from sellable products and packaging to consumables.
• Lead and train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inbound activities and discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages).
• Perform regular inbound audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate inbound records in the WMS system.
• Implement and improve inbound procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve inbound-related issues quickly to minimize impact.
• Train employees on all inbound procedures and participate in 5S management.
