Job summary

CEVA Logistics, Lawrence Township, USA, seeks a Warehouse Handling Operations Team Leader to oversee inbound activities, coach inventory staff, and uphold accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will implement procedures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with safety standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize disruptions and improve processes. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on logistics execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inbound activities from sellable products to consumables.
• Lead and train inventory team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor inbound activities and discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages).
• Perform regular inbound audits and maintain inbound records in WMS.
• Implement and improve inbound procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve inbound-related issues quickly to minimize impact.
• Train employees on all Inbound procedures and participate in 5S Management.
