Job summary

CPI Security in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Inside Sales team at our corporate headquarters. You’ll handle incoming calls from homeowners to determine needs and tailor security and home automation packages, with no cold calling and the opportunity to make a real difference in customers’ lives.

As part of a fast-paced environment, you’ll build a Salesforce-driven pipeline, pursue leads, and strive to exceed sales goals while delivering best-in-class customer care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential, commercial, and new construction security and home automation products via incoming calls.
• Describe services accurately and upsell where possible.
• Complete sales documents so Field Sales and Technicians have needed information.
• Maintain a robust Salesforce-driven pipeline and pursue leads in CRM systems.
• Engage customers through the sales cycle to convert opportunities into sales or appointments.
• Provide best-in-class customer care in all interactions.
