Job summary

CPI Security, a leader in security and automation, seeks an Outbound Sales Advisor at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. You will drive revenue by servicing new construction leads from home builders and selling security, video, and home automation services.

No cold calling is required as leads are provided. You will work from CPI's Charlotte HQ, manage relationships, and use Salesforce to track the sales process while aiming to exceed quotas and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or account management is required.
• Experience handling a large volume of outbound calls or contact-center style environments.
• Experience and proficiency with CRMs, telephony needs, and help desk software (Salesforce etc.).
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Convert partner construction leads into CPI Security customers by selling services and scheduling installations.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and SMS to prospects on assigned lists.
• Conduct initial and follow-up calls to build relationships with key decision makers.
• Manage prospect accounts and track prospects through the sales funnel using Salesforce.
• Overcome objections with solution-based selling and maintain daily activity logs.
• Meet sales quotas and revenue targets while delivering a positive customer experience.
