Job summary

Cartesia is building the future of real-time audio intelligence and seeks a hungry, high-velocity Inbound GTM Strategist to own our inbound motion for developers, startups, and enterprises. Youll be the first conversation, qualifying and routing leads to AEs with a focus on fast, precise next steps.

You bring 1–2 years of client-facing sales development experience, a track record of outworking peers, persistence, and a genuine curiosity about AI.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of client-facing sales development or similar experience.
• Track record of outworking peers and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong persistence, follow-through, and proactive communication.
• High-velocity work style with ability to manage many conversations.
• Curiosity about AI and how developers build with it.
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Hit quarterly qualified-meetings targets across inbound channels.
• Respond to inbound requests quickly and move leads to next steps the same day.
• Run discovery calls to understand use case, voice needs, and urgency.
• Qualify on use case, scale, timeline, and technical fit; route accordingly.
• Identify high-potential accounts from product usage data and partner with Growth.
• Own inbound process end-to-end, including CRM hygiene and feedback to GTM.
