You’ll be the first conversation for developers, startups, and enterprises reaching out, guiding them to the right next steps and ensuring timely qualification and routing of leads to AEs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of client-facing experience in sales development or similar roles.
• Track record of outworking others, targets, or side projects.
• Persistence and follow-through in getting replies.
• High-velocity work style with many conversations.
• Curiosity about AI and how developers build with it.

Responsibilities

• Hit a quarterly target for qualified meetings sourced across inbound channels.
• Respond to inbound requests and high-intent signups within minutes.
• Run discovery calls to understand what prospects are building and drivers of urgency.
• Qualify use case, scale, timeline, and technical fit; route to AE, self-serve, partnerships, or nurture.
• Find high-potential accounts in product usage data and coordinate with Growth on campaigns.
• Own the inbound process end to end, including routing and CRM hygiene.
