Job summary

Radial Inc. is hiring an Operations Supervisor in Rialto, CA. The role leads warehouse activities, sets department KPIs, and ensures safety, quality, and productivity align with the Paxon Operating Model. You will oversee audits and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.

The position requires strong leadership, bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred), and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Not remote; benefits included.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
• College degree preferred; HS degree/GED required.
• Ability to multi-task, manage, coach and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong process improvement skills and ability to develop and implement processes.
• Must have leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of WMS is desired.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establish KPIs for each department in the warehouse.
• Manage audits of processes and product quality.
• Launch initiatives with teams to improve overall quality.
• Supervise day-to-day activities ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
