Job summary

Radial, a leading B2C ecommerce fulfillment provider, is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to drive KPI-focused performance in the warehouse. You will manage audits, quality initiatives and sensitive cases, while guiding a team of associates to safe, compliant and productive operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, training, and implementing process improvements under the Radial Operating Model to achieve daily objectives and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and interpersonal abilities to guide teams.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• English; Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or HS diploma with experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish KPIs for warehouse departments and audit processes.
• Lead day-to-day activities and ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate shifts and training; monitor performance metrics.
• Support recruiting, performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance with regulations.
