Job summary

Radial Inc. is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse KPIs, audits, and quality initiatives. You will supervise daily activities, safeguard safety standards, and ensure productivity under the Radial Operating Model across outbound processes.

The role requires coordinating shift plans, training staff, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with OSHA, HazMat and DOT regulations. collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; HS degree or GED required.
• Experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution or manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
• Ability to multi-task, coach and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of WMS is desired; able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the development of Radial direct reports.
• Manage temporary workforce.
• Execute on productivity and daily goals through the Radial Operating Model.
• Keep a safe and clean work environment.
• Achieve and maintain compliance with Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT.
• Lead shift activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy and quality for outbound.
• Plan, prioritize and communicate shift directives for efficiency.
• Ensure proper training and assessment of shift personnel.
• Implement performance measures to maximize productivity.
• Lead fulfillment special projects and ensure production objectives are met.
