Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and following multi-step processes.
• Capable of staying focused in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them throughout their shopping journey.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you and assist peers when needed.
• Support team efforts and maintain a positive, respectful attitude across areas.
• Maintain product availability and organize stock on the sales floor.
• Operate powered equipment if certified and handle merchandise safely.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up while complying with policies.
