Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations on the sales floor. You will focus on delivering a friendly guest experience, greeting customers, assisting with product locations, and maintaining stock availability in GM areas.

The role requires a welcoming attitude, ability to work with scanners and handheld devices, and the capacity to handle fast-paced, physical work with teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft levels and initiate a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
